Where do you deliver? We currently offer transactions within the United States.

How long does delivery take? We encourage sellers to ship within 1-2 days from receiving orders.

Do you currently offer a subscription program for sellers? Not at this time but watch for updates in the future.

🛒 Accounts & Payments

Do I need an account to order? Yes, sellers must create a profile and onboard with Stripe to start selling. Buyers need to create a profile but can use a credit card to make purchases.

What payment methods do you accept? We accept major credit cards, Apple Pay, and other secure payment options.

Are my payment details secure? Yes. All transactions are encrypted and handled by our PCI-compliant payment provider, Stripe.

🧾 Legal & ID Requirements

Do I need to show ID on delivery? Yes. All deliveries require a valid government-issued ID proving you’re 21+.

Can someone else accept my delivery? Yes, as long as they’re 21+ and have valid ID. Otherwise, the delivery will be rescheduled.

My order arrived damaged or incorrect — what now? We’re sorry about that! Please reach out to the seller and work with them directly.
